As a principal representative of our company, the Account Manager will be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline, nurturing client prospects, and guaranteeing operational effectiveness through efficient process design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through outreach, LinkedIn marketing, and networking in the U. S., Canada, and Europe.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website forms.
- Guide leads throughout the sales cycle until the initial hire is secured.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and foster relationship growth.
- Send contracts for signature and provide follow-up support to clarify terms and address FAQs.
- Monitor client engagement and develop customized freelancer solutions tailored to business needs.
- Design and implement both short- and long-term business strategies in line with growth objectives.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate company performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Support marketing efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain precise CRM records and track key performance indicators such as acquisition costs and client lifetime value.
- Create and present periodic reports on business performance and growth prospects.
- Coordinate onboarding by sharing client information with the Corporate Team.
- Ensure smooth interdepartmental collaboration to enhance service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking gatherings.
- Establish the company as a reliable international outsourcing partner.
