Role overview The German-Speaking Business Development Representative will join the European team to help leading companies discover and engage with TheyDo. The main focus is outbound prospecting: reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Each interaction plays a part in growing TheyDo’s presence and reputation in the market. Collaboration is central to this role. Working closely with 4-6 Account Executives, the Business Development Representative acts as a strategic partner to develop a strong outbound pipeline for enterprise accounts. The position emphasizes identifying key prospects, creating personalized outreach, and setting up discovery meetings that help Account Executives succeed. While AI tools assist with inbound leads, the core responsibility remains outbound engagement. This role suits someone ready to take on the challenge of building brand awareness in a growth-stage startup, where every conversation shapes how TheyDo is perceived.
