Position Overview: Senior Full Stack Engineer
Building effective journeys can seem straightforward, but creating solutions that are fast, flexible, and scalable for complex organizations is a true challenge.
At TheyDo, you will be instrumental in redefining how companies perceive and enhance customer journeys. Your responsibilities will include managing permissions across workspaces and ensuring systems remain efficient while adapting to increasing complexity. Your contributions will directly influence how teams make daily decisions.
We seek a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on navigating complexity, delivers solutions rapidly, and is passionate about product performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will work across the entire stack to enhance our platform's ability to manage scale, structure, and speed. From architectural decisions to feature deployment, you will significantly influence the product's direction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and advancing core platform functionalities such as workspace management, permissions, and governance.
Improving data flow across workspaces for better content flexibility and connectivity.
Leading the implementation of Workspace 2.0 to redefine how customers structure and manage their tasks.
Optimizing performance in critical areas, including journey mapping and detailed journey pages.
Addressing intricate data challenges such as efficient filtering, querying, and merging of large datasets.
