The Role
As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role within our finance team, responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations. This position is crucial for providing accurate and timely financial information that aids strategic decision-making. You will evaluate financial processes, engage in budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulations to foster our growth and operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic analysis with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, control, and reporting of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across various departments and product lines.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
Manage internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and tax obligations.
Collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business objectives.
Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and conduct ad-hoc financial risk assessments.
Enhance automation of ERP and accounting tools such as Netsuite, Payhawk, and Ramp.
Analyze variances and provide insights into financial performance metrics.
Contribute financial insights to business planning and strategic initiatives.
Continuously refine financial processes, systems, and controls for scalability and effectiveness.
