Your Role
We are in search of a dynamic Associate Director of Field Sales to drive our expansion as the preferred VDR provider. This is a unique opportunity to shape our entry into a new market by establishing and scaling a new field sales team.
Based in Stockholm and reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will lead a high-performing team focused on acquiring new clients, penetrating new verticals, and maintaining our impressive growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven history of individual contributions and team management. You will spearhead regional growth while balancing team development and hands-on deal execution. A strong advocate of value-based selling, you will utilize sales metrics to drive strategy, enhance performance, and mentor your team to exceed their targets.

Your Responsibilities
