You will be the technical mastermind behind our Go-to-Market (GTM) infrastructure.Your RoleAs a Go-to-Market Engineer at fonio.ai, you will take charge of the automation and integration of our entire GTM infrastructure. You will connect marketing tools, HubSpot, our platform, and Stripe, ensuring data flows where it’s needed. You quickly identify correlations, solve problems independently, and work closely with the founders.You will not merely be a tooling administrator. You will think in systems, write code when necessary, and know how to enhance a sales pipeline beyond its previous efficiency.Your ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain comprehensive integrations between marketing tools, HubSpot, our platform, and Stripe.Continuously automate SDR processes to enable the team to work more efficiently.Integrate and optimize outbound tooling (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Lemlist) to ensure deliverability and scale campaigns.Push platform, Stripe, and marketing data to the correct channels and maintain clean data flows.Create dashboards and reports that make pipeline and performance transparent for sales and leadership.Develop solutions independently, even without perfectly defined requirements.Occasionally engage with customers to understand and resolve issues.What You BringTechnical background: you can read APIs, write simple scripts, and understand data models – experience with TypeScript is highly advantageous.
