Your collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies will be essential in supporting brand initiatives and enhancing the overall brand presence.
Staying attuned to the ever-evolving landscape of internet culture and content trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok, you will seamlessly integrate these insights into our clients’ branding efforts. You will work closely with country social leads and PR managers to cultivate brand advocacy and loyalty.
Utilizing data-driven insights from social listening and content performance analytics, you will inspire impactful social strategies, from ongoing content initiatives to influencer partnerships. Your project management skills, coupled with creative thinking and the ability to curate engaging social content, will be pivotal in driving effective earned marketing results alongside local teams and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and content creators across various brands, ensuring comprehensive briefing, drafting of content calendars, and deployment of essential toolkits from brand teams for smooth collaboration and execution.
- Monitor and analyze social media content performance, particularly on platforms like TikTok, identifying emerging trends and actionable insights. Collaborate closely with the media team to amplify successful content and enhance reach.
- Partner with Market PR teams to plan and execute high-impact PR events that generate buzz and extend brand narratives into broader public conversations.
- Oversee the management of social media channels, ensuring the strategic execution of branded content aligned with overarching marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Provide social media expertise and generate innovative concepts for the market, integrating engaging brand narratives into a comprehensive marketing plan focused on trend-driven content.
- Transform data into actionable insights, crafting narratives that fuel social media campaigns as part of broader country-specific marketing initiatives, especially emphasizing TikTok and other key platforms.
- Identify and report areas of concern and opportunities for the brand, pitching fresh, innovative ideas to enhance engagement and community interaction, drawing on a deep understanding of social trends.
