Key Responsibilities:
Primary Market Research:
- Develop and validate business hypotheses by designing and conducting regular market research for key products in collaboration with external agencies.
- Identify the most effective research techniques and data sources to achieve research objectives.
- Synthesize findings from primary research with secondary data and competitive intelligence.
- Refine and validate hypotheses to enhance brand strategy in a rapidly changing market.
- Collaborate closely with the global business intelligence team to support global studies.
Secondary Market Research and Analytics:
- Empower stakeholders to make informed, agile decisions through timely and accurate market reporting.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure brand performance aligns with strategy and quickly address any deviations.
- Utilize business intelligence tools such as Fusion, MDV, and JMDC analyzer to manage secondary data.
- Analyze brand performance and market conditions through comprehensive data analysis.
- Manage relationships with suppliers.
- Continuously seek to improve reporting efficiency and identify better data sources.
- Work closely with the Global MABI-Analytics team to support global data initiatives.
Brand Excellence:
- Stay attuned to current business challenges and gather relevant data to assist brand teams in developing timely countermeasures.
- Play a critical role in the brand planning process by providing essential market information such as patient flow, situation analysis, competitive landscape, and market value drivers.
- Collect competitive information from global and local sources as a central hub.
Support for Demand Forecasting:
- Create initial forecasting templates using epidemiological data, demand studies, and analogue analyses to assist the brand team leader in developing long-range plans.
- Update the patient-based commercial model on a monthly basis.
