CDR Maguire Inc., a leading national engineering and emergency management consulting firm, is in search of a dedicated Project Administrator to join our Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) team in the South Florida (Fort Lauderdale/Miami, FL) area. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our projects across Florida by undertaking a variety of responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and delegate specific tasks to inspectors while providing assistance throughout all phases of construction projects.
- Accountable for managing progress and final estimates during the construction project lifecycle.
- Prepare, review, and disseminate weekly and monthly project reports, including meeting minutes.
- Address and resolve field issues or conflicts promptly.
- Travel to various construction sites throughout the state as required.
