The CEO's primary focus is setting the vision for Sparrow and leading a high-performing executive team, making it crucial that her limited time is spent on the most impactful work.In this position, you will be a vital force multiplier for both the CEO and the entire organization, enhancing the speed at which decisions are made and delegated while ensuring effective follow-through across the executive team on initiatives that depend on the CEO's input.This role will comprise 90% Executive Assistant responsibilities and 10% Personal Assistant tasks, facilitating both professional and limited personal logistics to enable the CEO to operate at her highest capacity. While this is a fully remote position, there may be a requirement for up to 25% travel to the Bay Area where the CEO is based.
