This role is highly hands-on, emphasizing content execution, platform support, and daily coordination. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-focused, and adept at working behind the scenes to transform content ideas into reality.Primary Responsibilities1. Content Creation & ExecutionAssist in developing monthly content strategies for reels, stories, and carousels.Draft engaging captions, hooks, and basic scripting outlines.Transform existing long-form content into captivating short-form formats.Perform light video editing including clip cutting, caption addition, and format adjustments for various platforms.Organize and batch content for streamlined scheduling.Prepare content for review and publication.Manage media files and content assets efficiently (iCloud, shared folders, etc.).2. Social Media SupportSchedule and publish content across various platforms.Monitor, engage with, and respond to comments and direct messages.Foster community growth by interacting with followers.Set up and manage basic ManyChat automations.3. Founder & Workflow SupportCoordinate filming schedules and send reminders.Assist in logistics for content planning (locations, collaborators, timelines).Support outreach for collaborations as needed.Help maintain an organized content calendar.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.Proficiency in creating reels, carousels, and short-form content.Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar).Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
