We are seeking a Cyber Security and Compliance Officer who possesses the acumen to identify risks that may go unnoticed and can leverage opportunities to enhance processes, fostering both personal growth and the advancement of Solvinity.Your Responsibilities:Collaborate on reports and audits encompassing a diverse range of technologies, from hypervisors and network infrastructures to container technology, AI, and public cloud environments.Perform established compliance tasks to identify risks and take appropriate action based on findings.Redesign existing processes within the PDCA cycle as necessary to better mitigate new risks.Work closely with team members and engineering teams to develop and enforce standards.Engage in project activities, including establishing new processes for modern technologies beyond merely assessing existing ones.Our Compliance team comprises eight compliance professionals who report directly to the CISO.Your Contribution:Execute various compliance tasks, such as RBAC reviews, vulnerability management, security baselining, and awareness programs.Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from the organization and clients regarding security and compliance.Enhance the quality and continuous improvement of internal management processes.Actively contribute to maintaining compliance certifications and assurance reports.Your Profile:You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a service organization or technical environment similar to Solvinity, with an understanding of risks in complex hybrid cloud environments.Demonstrable experience in quality assurance and/or compliance.
