This role requires prompt responses to facility maintenance requests while adhering strictly to safety protocols, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who prioritizes safety and possesses strong technical skills. This position is a critical part of our Maintenance Department and offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a leading organization.Key Responsibilities Include:Maintain and repair production machinery, including CNCs, presses, motors, pumps, and welding tools throughout the facility.Carry out general facility maintenance and promptly respond to service requests.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical challenges utilizing prints, schematics, and testing equipment.Ensure equipment uptime and reliability through proactive maintenance strategies to support internal stakeholders.Work flexible shifts, including weekends, while following OBE’s safety guidelines and PPE requirements.Qualifications We SeekPractical experience in industrial maintenance.A Technical Diploma or Certification is advantageous.Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with familiarity in CNC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; PLC experience is a plus.Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical prints; basic computer proficiency and organizational skills are required.Welding and pipe fitting experience is preferred; familiarity with forklift and scissor lift operations is desirable.
