Your Role:
In the dynamic landscape of SaaS, third-party efficiency and scalability are paramount. We are seeking a dedicated Security and Compliance Manager to assess and enhance the security and compliance stance of our external vendors. As a vital member of Box's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks, promote AI adoption, design innovative processes, and lead initiatives that amplify the team's impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive third-party risk assessments of Box’s suppliers, examining controls, processes, and systems to identify vulnerabilities, devise risk mitigation strategies, and oversee the implementation of remediation plans.
- Engage with suppliers and internal teams to comprehend business objectives, gathering essential information for security and compliance evaluations, validations, and audits.
- Manage and optimize tools for conducting supplier security and compliance reviews, alongside risk mitigation efforts, including data analytics and reporting on Third Party Risk.
- Champion initiatives aimed at strategic transformation and operational enhancements.
- Contribute to fostering a positive Box culture within our expanding office.
- Serve as a representative of Box Poland, both internally and externally.
