About the Role
Restream is looking for a Security Engineer in Tallinn to help protect our products and systems as we continue to grow. This role focuses on solving complex security problems and maintaining a high standard of safety across our technology. Security Engineers at Restream work closely with engineering teams, security researchers, and external partners to strengthen our infrastructure and processes. We value straightforward, reliable solutions and a collaborative approach within small, focused teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform thorough application security assessments and penetration tests.
- Work with engineers to analyze system architecture, identify threats in new features, and design controls to protect customers.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for annual security testing and reporting.
- Manage and expand our private bug bounty program, with a goal of moving to a public program.
- Participate in peer code reviews, both giving and receiving actionable feedback.
- Monitor new technologies and explore opportunities to enhance our security posture.
- Help secure and maintain the resilience of Restream’s production infrastructure.
