Role overview
Security sits at the heart of Staffbase’s mission. The Product Security team protects both products and customer data, working closely with engineering groups across the company. Team members are encouraged to share ideas and contribute openly, drawing on a range of perspectives.
What you will do
- Join an enablement team that equips developers with tools, guidance, and insights to embed security into products from the beginning
- Work alongside engineers to make security an integrated part of development, not an obstacle
- Gain practical experience with security practices in a global SaaS setting
- Receive mentorship from seasoned security engineers
- Offer input and help influence how secure products are built at Staffbase
