Homebase is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join the team in Houston in a hybrid capacity. This individual contributor role focuses on building and scaling enablement programs that help sales teams succeed. The position works closely with the Senior Sales Enablement Manager and plays a key role supporting the Houston sales group. Role overview This is a hands-on position responsible for developing, delivering, and refining training programs. The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will identify learning gaps, manage enablement tools, and ensure that programs drive real behavioral change within the sales organization. What you will do Oversee daily execution of new hire onboarding, including managing schedules, calendar appointments, and preparing all necessary materials. Monitor engagement and completion rates for enablement materials, assess evaluations, and address knowledge gaps quickly. Design and deliver training sessions, virtual, in-person, and self-paced, tailored to different sales roles across payroll, core, and hiring product lines. Update and revise onboarding resources as products, sales processes, or tools evolve. Content development Collaborate with the Senior Manager to set training priorities and create content such as presentations, quizzes, scripts, one-pagers, demo instructions, role-play tools, and microlearning modules. Translate product updates, partner announcements, and go-to-market strategies into clear, actionable resources for the sales team. Establish and maintain a centralized, up-to-date repository for all sales enablement content, ensuring materials are accessible and aligned with sales goals.
