Speaking of smooth operations, this is where you come in: You will be the trusted contact for our clients and their visitors, providing essential support to our clients through your attentive nature. Your daily tasks will include:Monitoring: Conduct patrols in data centers to inspect the facility and maintain oversight of all aspects on-site at all times!Alarm Response: React to security alerts, assess incoming information, and escalate as necessary. Access Control: You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering or leaving the data center, verifying access permissions or creating registrations for visitors as needed, along with necessary computer and IT understanding. Visitor Guidance: You know your daily environment like the back of your hand, ensuring that technicians or non-operational visitors are guided confidently to their destination, preventing anyone from getting lost or feeling helpless in your location. On-site Communication: You are composed and calm, with clear communication being a given for you. A respectful exchange is paramount.
