Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Situational Awareness: Monitor and stay informed about global security and political incidents impacting operations or the safety of protected personnel. Access Control and Monitoring: Operate and oversee technical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems) to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities. This includes responding to phone inquiries and monitoring all critical systems. Emergency Response: Initiate and coordinate emergency protocols (fire, medical, security) and ensure timely escalation of incidents to supervisors and relevant stakeholders. Dispatch security personnel as necessary. Security Reporting: Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports, daily logs, and shift summaries while documenting and investigating security events. Movement Support (CRITICAL): Coordinate secure client movements, including itinerary tracking, geo-fence monitoring, and threat analysis. Maintain constant communication with Executive Protection personnel and drivers for safe transit. Deployment Assistance: Aid shift supervisors in deploying security personnel and managing activities across all protected locations. Issue equipment and maintain accountability of assets. Communication: Act as the central communication hub, maintaining clear and professional contact with staff, guests, vendors, emergency services, and employees via various communication methods. Operational and Client Support: Manage diverse operational and personal tasks extending beyond traditional security roles, including assisting with driving, vehicle fleet operations, and executing various tasks as directed by the client.
