Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Security Team, the Security Preconstruction Lead plays an essential role as a senior preconstruction and advisory expert. You will be tasked with defining, designing, and pricing comprehensive, constructable electronic security systems, even in the absence of a formal Basis of Design (BOD) or prescriptive specifications.
This position operates at the forefront of projects, translating client intentions, assessing operational risks, and evaluating site conditions into a coherent system architecture, detailed scope of work, and accurate cost estimates. While you may not draft every document, you will oversee and ensure the quality of design and construction documentation produced by others, maintaining clarity, coordination, and feasibility. This role demands significant independent judgment, decision-making authority, and accountability for project outcomes.
