About the job
As a Security Training & Development Specialist for our Datacenter operations, you will play a pivotal role in steering, planning, and executing training objectives in line with security protocols and program guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Close collaboration with regional security managers to analyze trends and identify training needs.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering training sessions for security personnel, supervisors, site management, and HQ teams.
- Issuing and managing training programs through our Learning Management System (LMS), while also maintaining training documentation.
- Developing, updating, and facilitating training materials to ensure they are current and effective.
- Conducting regular document reviews and quality checks to uphold training standards.
- Representing the training team in cross-departmental projects aimed at process optimization and documentation creation.
- Performing audits, generating reports, and conducting site visits, which may require international travel of up to approximately 40% of your time.
