As a Self Storage Manager, you will enjoy the autonomy of managing multiple locations, with a balance of indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
Your role involves assessing customer storage needs and recommending appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, guaranteeing that rental spaces are ready for new customers.
Manage cash transactions, including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Assist customers in staying up-to-date with payments, making reminder and collection calls when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Ability to walk around the facility and spend up to 50% of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring the interior and exterior of the property are well-maintained and free from debris.
