- As a Self Storage Manager, you will enjoy the autonomy of managing multiple locations, with a balance of indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
- Your role involves assessing customer storage needs and recommending appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies.
- Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, guaranteeing that rental spaces are ready for new customers.
- Manage cash transactions, including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily operations.
- Assist customers in staying up-to-date with payments, making reminder and collection calls when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to walk around the facility and spend up to 50% of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring the interior and exterior of the property are well-maintained and free from debris.
