About You:Demonstrated success in surpassing quotas throughout complex SaaS sales processes, from initial outreach to closing deals. Ability to navigate intricate sales challenges and devise innovative solutions. Experience in selling sophisticated enterprise software in a high-growth startup or scaling environment. Comfortable with uncertainty and enthusiastic about contributing to the development of scalable sales processes. Genuine, humble, and intellectually curious, with a keen interest in manufacturing and technology. A strong customer-focused mindset, dedicated to cultivating long-term relationships. A proactive, positive, and collaborative team player. Required Skills:8+ years of demonstrated success in SaaS sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. Proficient in Salesforce.com, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Exceptional communication skills, adept at managing multiple forms of outreach including emails, calls, and social media daily. Knowledge of MES or other manufacturing software is advantageous. Ability to quickly learn new software tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences.
