Key Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive discussions on renewal negotiations and expansion opportunities with a diverse portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
Establish meaningful relationships with Loopio customers at all levels via engaging emails, phone calls, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings.
Map customer organizations and create strategies to boost engagement, identifying opportunities in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to analyze customer adoption of Loopio, develop pricing strategies, and pinpoint expansion opportunities.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with appropriate guidance from internal departments and management.
Address customer requests for subscriptions and upgrades outside of their renewal cycle, providing exceptional service to help customers achieve their goals.
Present the value of expanding Loopio's usage to key stakeholders and executives.
Conduct discovery sessions and online demonstrations of the Loopio platform for additional user groups interested in enhancing their usage.
Create engaging playbooks, email templates, and meeting frameworks to support account growth and success.
