Your collaboration with our Customer Success Managers will be vital as you drive customer adoption and facilitate renewal discussions while identifying strategic expansion avenues across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive discussions on renewal negotiations and expansion opportunities with a diverse portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.

  • Establish meaningful relationships with Loopio customers at all levels via engaging emails, phone calls, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings.

  • Map customer organizations and create strategies to boost engagement, identifying opportunities in collaboration with the Customer Success team.

  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to analyze customer adoption of Loopio, develop pricing strategies, and pinpoint expansion opportunities.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with appropriate guidance from internal departments and management.

  • Address customer requests for subscriptions and upgrades outside of their renewal cycle, providing exceptional service to help customers achieve their goals.

  • Present the value of expanding Loopio's usage to key stakeholders and executives.

  • Conduct discovery sessions and online demonstrations of the Loopio platform for additional user groups interested in enhancing their usage.

  • Create engaging playbooks, email templates, and meeting frameworks to support account growth and success.
