Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need:
B. A / BSc degree
5+ years of professional client-facing experience in a B2B role within the online media or performance marketing sectors
Expertise in delivering exceptional client service while focusing on revenue growth
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions; familiarity with BI platforms like Tableau, QlikSense, or Looker is a plus
A passion for data-driven decision-making, including the ability to monitor, A/B test, and extract actionable insights from data
A genuine enthusiasm for tackling complex analytical challenges
Fluency in English
A self-motivated, proactive, and diligent work ethic
An innate ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common objectives
A quick learner with a keen eye for detail and strong multitasking skills
Bonus points if you possess:
Experience with programmatic platforms (SSPs & DSPs) across various integration types, preferably OpenRTB
A passion for upselling and building relationships with large international B2B organizations
Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to leverage LLM-based functions to enhance productivity
