You are expected to meet minimum performance standards as outlined in our management program.Key Responsibilities (90% Prospect/Student Interaction):Handle inquiry calls from potential students seeking information about our programs, guiding qualified prospects toward scheduling interviews.Respond promptly to web inquiries and phone calls, providing accurate program details such as entrance requirements and academic standards.Conduct outbound calls to reach potential students who have shown interest in our institution.Participate in organized outreach campaigns, including phone-a-thons, to connect with prospects.Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities when not addressing existing inquiries.Follow up on inquiries that do not result in scheduled interviews or attendance.Engage with candidates who have not progressed in the enrollment process to resolve concerns or issues.Interviews:Conduct interviews and provide guidance to potential students, ensuring a supportive and informative experience throughout the admissions journey.
