About the job

As a Senior Advisor – Compensation and Job Architecture at Ubisoft, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and local embedding of our newly deployed corporate job architecture. A true subject matter expert, you will ensure alignment between global directives and operational realities, contributing to the consistency, fairness, and sustainable evolution of our HR practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary consultant and contact point between local teams and corporate on job architecture.
  • Work closely with Compensation, HR, and HRIS teams.
  • Influence discussions and decisions regarding the evolution of jobs, roles, and career pathways.
  • Design, implement, and document local job management processes.
  • Ensure the integrity of job data in HR systems in partnership with HRIS teams.
  • Manage the complete job lifecycle: creation, modification, archiving, and alignment of employees.
  • Conduct impact analyses related to pay equity, market conditions, and organizational coherence.
  • Support managers and HR partners in the application of job classification and evaluation practices.
  • Facilitate governance and calibration mechanisms to ensure coherent decision-making.
