Senior AI Engineer at Further | Multiple Locations

Required Experience: 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on AI/ML application development. Expertise in Python for AI application development and modern API architecture (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), adhering to enterprise standards like static type checking and data validation. Substantial experience in building production applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex. Hands-on knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PostgreSQL) and search algorithms. Strong grasp of LLMOps principles, including model registry, versioning, and serving infrastructure specifically in Google Cloud. Experience in Typescript development for prototyping and integrations. Proficient in git workflows and familiar with standard software development processes. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT). Experience optimizing inference costs and latency for large-scale deployments. Previous client-facing consulting experience, adept at managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures. Possession of any Google Cloud Professional Certification is a plus.
