Key Responsibilities:Design and implement AI algorithms and models to tackle real-world challenges. Work collaboratively with data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to define project requirements and recommend appropriate AI solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production, making iterative improvements to enhance outcomes. Create detailed technical documentation as well as engaging customer-facing materials and presentations. Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in AI, proposing innovative ideas to enhance our offerings. Qualifications:Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud-based AI services including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills:Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision applications. Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
