Your Responsibilities as an AI Engineer at Collibra:Monitoring advancements in the AI/ML landscape, including emerging techniques and state-of-the-art methodologies. Transforming prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions that address significant business challenges. Creating, operationalizing, and maintaining AI/ML models and visualizations to deliver actionable insights and value. Assessing algorithmic performance for quality, adaptability, and efficiency. Contributing to the evolution of our AI and Machine Learning platforms in support of Collibra’s data products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers on best practices in AI. Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering production-grade AI/ML projects relevant to business functions, utilizing advanced techniques (e.g., LLM-based applications, RAG systems, NLP, neural networks, recommendation engines). Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with experience in various database systems (e.g., time series, graph, vector). Experience in building and deploying production code in Python, with associated AI libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, etc.). Familiarity with model evaluation, testing frameworks, and validation methodologies. Work authorization for Brussels, Belgium is required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is mandatory.
