Role Overview

As a Senior AI Manager, you will engage directly with clients, overseeing multiple collaborations aimed at delivering substantial value. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering Excellence:

  • Leading by example and empowering your teams.
  • Guiding the development of impactful AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Contributing to the engagement strategy's structure, content, and direction.
  • Focusing on stakeholder management, nurturing client relationships, and leading teams.
  • Addressing and overcoming obstacles to unlock business benefits and ROI for clients.
  • Continuously monitoring and measuring the delivery of client benefits throughout the engagement.
  • Taking charge of corrective actions on delivery challenges and making informed tactical decisions.
  • Exhibiting commercial awareness and managing engagement delivery against project milestones, financial performance, utilization, and internal KPIs.

Nurturing Client Relationships:

  • Building strong partnerships with clients, identifying new avenues for value creation, and developing innovative initiatives to enhance client value.
  • Fostering a diverse portfolio of clients, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and conceptualizing potential offerings for new clients.
  • Expanding your network of external contacts.
