What’s the opportunity?
We are launching a new function within Intercom: AI Product Management. For over a decade, we have invested in building in-house AI capabilities with a dedicated team of machine learning scientists, engineers, researchers, and AI designers. We are now expanding this team by bringing on product managers to help shape the future of our AI platform and agent.
As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core AI systems that drive Fin and our AI features. You will operate at the crossroads of advanced AI research, innovative product development, and real-world customer challenges, aiding us in creating world-class AI products that yield significant business outcomes.
This role demands a high level of ownership from a technically proficient, customer-centric product manager who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and enjoys transforming complex AI functionalities into simple, enjoyable product experiences.
