ABOUT THE RISK PRECISION TEAM
The Risk Precision team is Trustly's analytical and control-focused unit dedicated to Financial Crime Prevention. This team leverages operational insights, data, and risk appetite to ensure the efficacy, measurability, and continuous improvement of our fraud, AML, and other risk controls.

The team is responsible for performance KPIs, detection logic, thresholds, and decision frameworks, collaborating closely with Machine Learning, Product, and Operations. The emphasis is on precision, reducing risk exposure and customer friction while enhancing detection accuracy. Risk Precision guarantees that our risk management strategies are data-driven, transparent, and aligned with regulatory standards and business objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior AML Data Analyst at Trustly, you will take charge of the data, metrics, and analytical foundations that support our AML framework. Your position intersects regulatory compliance, risk tolerance, and analytical execution. You will ensure that AML data is accurate, defensible, and tailored for both internal decision-making and external regulatory reporting.

This role transcends mere reporting; you will uphold the integrity of AML metrics, validate and monitor detection models, and translate regulatory mandates into quantifiable, data-driven controls. By collaborating with AML Operations, Machine Learning, Compliance, and Data teams, you will help ensure that Trustly's AML framework remains transparent, comprehensible, and scalable.
