Join the Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence team as a Senior Analyst, where you will act as a vital connector between data engineering and business stakeholders. This role involves the full lifecycle of creating user-friendly dashboards that empower GLG stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. A proactive approach is essential to identify data needs and opportunities, fostering collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of commercial, operational, and personnel data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to foresee data gaps and convert business inquiries into impactful reporting and insights.
- Solution Engineering & Optimization: Become proficient with the current suite of enterprise dashboards to enhance adoption and consistency. Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions instead of creating new ones, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in Advanced Analytics, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial Operations. Serve as the cohesive link between these groups, actively promoting deeper collaboration and engagement from specialist teams.
- Data Modeling Strategy: Design and maintain effective LookML models and dashboards. Collaborate closely with data engineers to incorporate new data sources and enhance data quality.
