Role overview

The Senior Analyst for Diversity & Inclusion helps shape and execute CI&T’s global D&I strategy. This role combines analytical work, influence across teams, and program management to integrate D&I into the company’s culture, talent practices, and business decisions. The position reports to the ESG Manager.

What you will do

  • Strategy execution: Deploy the global D&I strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adapting plans to meet regional needs. Turn strategic pillars into concrete, measurable actions.
  • Data and insights: Track diversity metrics such as representation, hiring, retention, and promotion. Deliver insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Work with People Analytics to enhance data governance and reporting.
  • Programs and capability building: Lead D&I initiatives at both global and regional levels, including inclusive hiring and awareness campaigns. Design and implement programs from concept through evaluation, making sure they fit local and global requirements. Develop learning journeys on D&I for different groups, integrating content into leadership development, onboarding, and ongoing learning. Facilitate training and workshops on inclusion topics, customizing content for various regions. Define and track metrics to measure impact.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Leadership, and Business Units to embed D&I into processes. Advise regional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Governance and reporting: Establish and manage D&I governance structures and reporting systems.
