Acting as a trusted advisor, you will address all analytics needs for both clients and internal teams, ensuring that insights translate into impactful business strategies. This position is also crucial for mentoring talent, nurturing a learning culture, and enhancing the agency's analytical capabilities.Responsibilities Include:Collaborating across media, strategy, and creative teams to foster innovation and holistic data partnerships that stimulate growth across various accounts.Advising clients by formulating analytics frameworks, measurement plans, and success metrics aligned with business goals while uncovering new opportunities in collaboration with internal and external partners.Guiding clients in refining their success measures, utilizing first-party data and predictive modeling to establish a structured maturity model for sustainable growth.Defining and advancing the analytics agenda to ensure measurement frameworks evolve in tandem with industry advancements.Overseeing the accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights from reporting, dashboards, and modeling deliverables for clients.Leading the development of measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and closed-loop attribution solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
