As a Senior Analytics Engineer on our Advanced Analytics team, you will be pivotal in enhancing and expanding our analytics data ecosystem. You will take the lead in establishing best practices in analytics engineering and play a crucial role in driving the architecture, quality, performance, and reliability of data across our organization.
This dynamic, senior-level position is tailored for individuals with a robust background in analytics, data engineering, and data science. You should be adept at navigating ambiguous situations and driving essential initiatives that enhance our data modeling, transformation, and utilization. Within 6–12 months, your contributions will significantly optimize the scalability and reliability of our analytics infrastructure, setting a benchmark for analytics engineering excellence within the team.
Your Impact:
Lead the design and refinement of analytics pipelines and data models that underpin TRM’s products, investigations, and decision-making processes, enabling teams, including former FBI, Secret Service, and Europol agents, to effectively detect and counteract financial crimes within the crypto landscape.
Define and implement industry-leading practices in analytics engineering, including testing, observability, versioning, and documentation, enhancing the team's development workflows and data integrity.
Elevate the scalability and maintainability of our analytics ecosystem capable of processing large data volumes through strategic architectural decisions and tool enhancements.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and business teams to provide production-ready datasets that facilitate models, metrics, and investigative processes.
Implement best-in-class data quality solutions to enhance the reliability and accuracy of our datasets.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and develop innovative, durable solutions to improve long-term reliability, cost-effectiveness, and developer experience.
