Qualifications

Required skills include:Proven experience (7+ years) in enterprise Android environments with a strong focus on mobility and device management. Expertise in Workspace ONE (Omnissa): administration, configuration, profile management, and security policies. Solid knowledge of Zebra devices and their specific features (industrial Android). Skills in mobile solution architecture (Android Enterprise, enrollment methods, zero touch, etc.). Fluent English (written & spoken) is essential for interaction with international teams. No development skills required; the role is purely focused on configuration, architecture, and expert support. Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Join our Architecture Team at altersolutions, where you will be part of a specialized group focused on the architecture, security, and advanced configuration of large-scale Android mobile fleets in an international environment.
As a Senior Android Expert, you will dive into architectural discussions and terminal configurations, with no development tasks involved. You will leverage your expertise in MDM (Mobile Device Management), specifically with the Workspace ONE (Omnissa) solution, and in managing industrial fleets such as Zebra.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Defining and validating the technical architecture for integrating Android devices into the company’s digital ecosystem.
Configuring Android terminals (both industrial and commercial) to meet business needs and security policies.
Managing and administering the Workspace ONE MDM platform (formerly VMware / AirWatch).
Overseeing the configuration and integration of Zebra equipment with existing tools.
Providing high-level support to operational teams (expert level).
Documenting technical details related to architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Collaborating with infrastructure, security, mobility, and support teams throughout the entire lifecycle of the devices.
Participating in technical committees and proposing architectural enhancements as necessary.
