RequirementsSuccessfully completed (business) IT or business administration studies at college/university level. Several years of experience in consulting and application management or similar roles. Comprehensive knowledge of finance, controlling, and related processes. High level of initiative and self-motivation to learn new topics. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with good interpersonal skills in liaising with internal clients and external service partners. Good knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM. Proficient in written and spoken German, English, and Hungarian. Ability to work independently and results-oriented while also engaging in active teamwork. Nice to have:Experience in SAP software development and lifecycle management. Experience in executing IT projects and managing external service providers.

Designing and developing business processes in the SAP FI and Treasury domains.
Actively participating in the planning and development of SAP-based financial applications and related non-SAP application services.
Supporting the operational functionality of financial application services across all divisions.
Assisting internal staff and external service partners in service delivery and management within ServiceNow.
Analyzing and evaluating service delivery in ServiceNow for compliance with requirements.
Conceptualizing and implementing dashboards necessary for service reporting in ServiceNow.
