Your contributions will be pivotal in:
- Leading the technical management of projects focused on the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial applications, collaborating closely with external suppliers and various IT departments.
- Providing support for third-party software solutions that serve our business customers.
- Assisting in the selection process of new software solutions through preparation and advisement.
- Acting as the primary contact for all stakeholders regarding issues related to our applications.
- Coordinating with external suppliers to implement new business requirements effectively.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT, economics, or a related field.
- In-depth IT knowledge, including networks, databases, and servers, enabling you to analyze and resolve complex problems.
- Extensive experience in implementing and managing financial applications.
- Proven track record in project management and coordinating with external service providers.
- A strong interest in enhancing professional internal application operations and project support.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodology is advantageous (certification preferred).
- Ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner both independently and within a team, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Cultural sensitivity and a willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SAP FI/CO/TR-related projects.
- Background in implementing IT projects and managing external service providers.
