Develop and execute a roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with business goals. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI solutions. Monitor and measure the impact of AI implementations on business performance. Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure broad understanding of AI capabilities.

Role overview

The Senior Applied AI and Intelligent Automation Lead shapes strategy, governance, and the rollout of AI solutions across the CFO organization. The focus is on automating workflows, improving decision-making, and achieving measurable results in areas such as Go to Market Sales, Supply Chain Operations, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit, and Data & Analytics.

Key responsibilities

  • Define the vision and governance for AI-driven automation within the CFO group
  • Turn business challenges and manual processes into scalable, production-ready AI agents and workflows
  • Lead cross-functional enablement efforts, including councils, champion networks, training, and communications
  • Encourage adoption of AI solutions, monitor performance, and report outcomes and insights to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Extensive experience applying AI to solve business problems
  • Strong program leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Expertise in change management and governance for complex organizations
  • Ability to drive adoption and build consistent structures across multiple finance-related functions
