We invite applications from experienced Senior Architects eager to explore opportunities within our Dublin office. This position is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in supporting projects throughout both design and delivery phases. We value contributions to a collaborative studio environment alongside colleagues and external consultants.


Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct feasibility studies and assist in detailed discussions and brief formulation.

  • Support the procurement of surveys, site investigations, and report preparation.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Revit for design proposals and technical documentation, utilizing both Revit and traditional methods.

  • Generate project briefs, design timelines, and deliverables lists; be familiar with procurement methods and contract forms.

  • Oversee the detailed design process and coordinate detailed design information with input from team members.

  • Lead the design team and manage collaborations with associated professional consultants.

  • Communicate with and prepare documentation for regulatory authority approvals.

  • Produce, manage, and integrate design and production information effectively.

  • Assist in the coordination of associated professionals.

  • Help evaluate tenders and ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory, and professional standards.

  • Participate in the preparation of program schedules and conduct site inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

  • Registered with the RIAI.

  • Demonstrated experience with medium to large-scale residential projects.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Irish building regulations.

  • Exceptional design abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding proficiency in Revit.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
