ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is a vital part of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with design and technical leaders. You will actively contribute to project teams, working under the direct supervision of project leadership.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Independently contribute to design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing within a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment.
- Assist in the coordination of engineering systems alongside engineers and consultants.
- Maintain effective communication with the Owner and Consultants regarding project status, design intent, concerns, and inquiries.
- Prepare design sketches for moderate to complex site plans.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project document coordination.
- Evaluate designs for code compliance and assist in plan check reviews and approvals.
- May independently manage “Requests for Information.”
- Conduct field site observations, which frequently involve physical walkthroughs of sites.
- Coordinate tasks with all project team members.
- May supervise, monitor, train, and guide interns and less experienced team members.
- May take on a leadership role within the project team.
- May lead discussions in team meetings.
- May participate in marketing proposals.
- May perform additional duties as required.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience is mandatory.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States is essential.
- CDT and LEED accreditation are preferred.
- Must be a critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Must be a fully qualified professional with technical capabilities.
- Able to navigate work with some level of ambiguity.
- A strong creative design portfolio is crucial, along with excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
