Reddy Architecture & Urbanism is seeking talented Senior Architects to join our dynamic team in our Limerick office. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in overseeing architectural projects from the initial design phase through to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies and facilitate the development and discussion of project briefs.
Support the procurement process for surveys and site investigations, including the preparation of comprehensive reports.
Utilize Revit proficiently for the preparation and presentation of design proposals, technical drawings, and production documentation.
Develop detailed project briefs, design programs, and deliverable lists, while demonstrating a strong familiarity with procurement methods and contract forms.
Lead the intricate design process, ensuring close coordination of detailed design information.
Manage and coordinate the design team and associated professional consultants effectively.
Collaborate with statutory authorities to produce necessary documentation for approvals.
Oversee the production, management, and integration of design and production information.
Assist in the coordination of related professionals and ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory, and professional standards.
Contribute to the preparation of program schedules and conduct site inspections.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Registered with the RIAI (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland).
Demonstrated experience with medium to large scale residential projects.
Thorough understanding of and adherence to Irish building regulations.
Exceptional design skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Revit.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
