We are in search of an experienced and adaptable Senior Architect to spearhead the design, planning, and execution of intricate architectural projects while overseeing the overall program. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, ensuring architectural solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, stakeholders, and senior leadership, to formulate and execute innovative architectural strategies. Your leadership will be vital in merging technical proficiency with program management expertise to facilitate the flawless delivery of architectural solutions.
This position reports directly to the Director of Product and emphasizes proactive, open communication.
Architectural Design & Strategy:
- Direct the architectural design process for large-scale, impactful projects, integrating innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership to establish and refine architectural visions, goals, and requirements.
- Develop and articulate comprehensive architectural plans, including system architecture, technology selection, and design principles.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to design teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Program Management:
- Oversee the entire program, including scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
