Your Role

As a Senior Associate on our Investor Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Fund Administration and Deal Services clients. Acting as a trusted partner, you will engage directly with our real estate private equity customers and their investors. This position involves a variety of critical tasks that contribute to our clients' success, including administration solutions, payment processing, and compliance services. You will enhance your project management, communication, customer service, and process improvement skills, directly influencing our clients' daily operations with positive results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our innovative software and the real estate private equity landscape.
  • Enhance the utilization of Juniper Square software to assist our fund administration and investor services clients.
  • Manage workspace-related tasks for clients, including creating investor positions and ensuring workspace accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist customers during their fundraising efforts by understanding their objectives and timelines, and effectively communicating the value of Juniper Square’s software and processes.
