Role Overview: Senior Associate, Group Tax
This Senior Associate position sits within the Man Group tax department, supporting the firm’s growing US operations from Fort Worth, Texas. The role centers on US tax compliance and tax accounting for the business, with responsibility for developing and maintaining related processes. Collaboration is key: this person will work closely with outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders across the organization. The position also offers exposure to advisory projects and the tax implications of Man’s investment products across multiple regimes.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee external service providers handling Man’s US federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting. Ensure deliverables are prepared on schedule, reviews are accurate, and internal stakeholders receive the information they need. Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
- Manage all US tax reporting performed in-house by the Man tax department, including calculations and accuracy checks.
