With 3,300 employees across ten countries, the company supports over 1,200 clients and manages millions of claims each year. The team is in the midst of a major transformation, with software solutions at the center, built on cloud technologies and modern design patterns. This project takes an AI First approach, applying advanced AI practices throughout development.
What You Will Do
- Create automated test scripts to verify that new software meets business requirements.
- Build a deep understanding of business operations to inform testing.
- Document and track the outcomes of QA tests.
- Enhance automation frameworks for both back-end and front-end systems.
- Mentor QA team members and share expertise.
- Estimate QA effort during work refinement sessions.
- Lead the organization’s test automation strategy.
- Run performance tests and confirm results meet set standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), assisting end-users with software functionality.
- Take part in test planning and oversee multiple testing streams.
- Promote an AI-driven mindset within the team.
- Engage fully in the Scrum team, improve practices, and help ensure commitments are met.
