Your Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the web automation strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide quality objectives and scalable solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Web Automation Engineers, promoting technical growth and collaboration.
- Design and maintain robust web automation frameworks using Playwright to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement efficient automation strategies to minimize manual testing and accelerate test execution.
- Provide technical direction and conduct code reviews to guarantee high-quality, maintainable automation code.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to integrate automation early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive multiple automation initiatives within a fast-paced CI/CD environment, ensuring reliable test execution.
- Continuously assess and suggest innovative automation and AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Develop scripts and utilities to automate repetitive tasks, significantly improving test performance.
- Embrace innovation by integrating desktop automation (Electron apps) and visual testing into the automation strategy.
