About the Role:

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer on the Voice Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping our real-time voice infrastructure and enhancing contact center automation through advanced AI-driven backend systems. You will be instrumental in designing, scaling, and maintaining the distributed services that form the backbone of Cresta's voice ecosystem. Your contributions will include spearheading projects involving SIP and WebRTC support, multilingual processing, and real-time conversation intelligence. This position calls for strong technical leadership, a commitment to building dependable distributed systems, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams to launch innovative features.
