Qualifications
Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain robust backend services with clear domain-driven boundaries. Develop scalable infrastructures to support customer features and operational platforms. Create resilient data pipelines with high throughput. Ensure compliance, accuracy, and safety in all interactions with clinical data. Maintain reliability through observability and fallback strategies. Collaborate effectively with AI, Clinical, QA, and Security teams. Write clean, maintainable, and test-driven code. Oversee and validate all contributions made by AI-generated code. Experience RequiredExperience in healthcare environments under SOC2/ISO27001, HIPAA/GDPR, or medical device regulations. Over 10 years of expertise in backend engineering with high-scale distributed systems. Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures. Strong understanding of object and relational databases, caching mechanisms, message streams, and queues. Familiarity with engineering principles such as DDD, CQRS, SOLID principles, DRY, KISS, and TDD. Knowledge of cloud and DevOps tools, including GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. In-depth understanding of resilient systems, fault tolerance, and high availability.
