Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Look no further! We are currently on the hunt for a Senior Benefits Analyst to become a vital part of our People and Culture team. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Global Benefits and take charge of designing, implementing, and managing our benefits and retirement programs across Canada and the U. S. Your contributions will be essential in aligning our benefits programs with our Total Rewards strategy, fostering an environment where our employees can truly thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee group benefits, retirement savings, and perks programs that align with Lightspeed’s global strategy.
  • Lead the annual benefits renewal process and facilitate open enrollment.
  • Manage vendor selection and ensure service delivery meets expectations for benefits and retirement plans.
  • Administer and enhance leave of absence programs, including short- and long-term disability and parental leave across Canada and the U. S.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with global brokers to evaluate market trends and align benefits with the company’s global strategy.
  • Work closely with HRIS, payroll, business partners, and stakeholders to identify system needs and optimize data flow.
  • Address employee and HR inquiries on benefits-related issues, resolving complex situations efficiently.

  • Extensive experience in managing benefits programs.

  • Experience in vendor and broker management, including RFP processes.
  • Proficient analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration within HR environments.
